佩姬的下桿作用力與反作用力相關圓心移動
摘要
佩姬為增加體重由右腳內側轉移到左腳地表的作用與反作用力來迅速增加左腿、髖與左背闊肌的肌力,她的圓心在上桿晚期下移而下桿期身體重心轉移到左腳的過程上移到瞄球時的高度。在下桿期左背闊肌先用力然後才是右胸大肌(偕同右臂)用力使桿頭撞擊,這種下桿的肌肉用力順序才是由下往上旋轉的全身力量擊球。反之,右胸大肌先用力來使桿頭撞擊球之後才出現左背闊肌的力量則是僅用上肩、臂力量擊球的情形。以上乃根據王建智測試報告2002-15。以下本文說明;(1)甚麼是左足底的最大作用力與反作用力。(2)左背闊肌早於右胸大肌發力。(3)結語。

PAIGE SPIRANAC PERFORMS ACTION /RECATION FORCE VS. RCP Shifting DURING DOWN SWING. 
ABSTRACT
For increasing body weight act and react on left foot ground that can fire the left foot, hip and back muscles , Paige`s rotation center point (RCP) down at end up swing and return the original height (aim stage) at down swing to make an impact.
The sequence of muscles firing time that left latissimus prior to right pectoral major before marking impact at down swing can stand for the whole body muscles strength from lower to upper body rotating to swing ball. On the contrary, firing right pectoral major prior to make impact prior to the left latissimus is only using upper muscles effect. Bellowing (1) and (2) descriptions are deriving from the EMG and (3) is from the force plate studies results (Tony,J.J.Wang`s golf motion lab tests reports. 2002-15). Following sections descripted as; 
(1) What is the peak action /reaction ground force on left foot.
(2)During down swing to impact, muscles firing time of left latissimus is prior to right pectoral major. 
(3) Conclusion.

(1)甚麼是左足底的最大作用力與反作用力。
請看選手將體重作用於左腳地表所產生的反作用力數值(53.61→584.98牛頓)。如果我們將3D影像停在左腳地表最大反作用力值584.98牛頓,你可以看到右膝蓋在兩腳中間、桿頭在腰的高度以及擋著左臉頰的動作。簡之,球桿頭在撞擊之前必須讓左腳底獲取最大值的作用與反作用力。
(1)What is the peak action and reaction ground force on the left foot.
Please check the value of player`s body weight act on left foot ground (53.61→584.98 New-tons). When the 3D frame be stopped at the peak value 584.98 New Tons, you may see the right knee is at feet middle and the left face be blocked. Simply saying, the time of this peak value is prior to the impact. 

(2)左背闊肌早於右胸大肌發力。
在下桿到撞擊期,她擋住左臉頰、右膝與左髖繞轉體軸以獲得左腳底最大反作用力,進而拉扯左背闊肌產生緊張性伸展¬後瞬間收縮的爆發力。
(2)The muscles firing time of left latissimus is prior to the right pectoral.
During the down swing to impact, she blocks the left face to make left hip and right knee both revolve around spinal axis under anti-clockwise This rotating of left hip can drag the left latissimus to a tension (stretch) state and then shorten instantly, namely “STRETCH-SHORTEN CIRCLE (SSC)”.
●什麼是肌肉爆發力(SSC)。
肌肉(左臂闊肌)被想成橡皮筋,運用動作(擋左臉頰並以右膝和左髖繞轉)將它快速拉長、伸展(Tension Stretch),它會瞬間縮短(Shorten)來牽引骨頭繞關節轉動。此圖示背闊肌拉長、伸展(Stretch) 瞬間縮短(Shorten),所產生的伏特(Volt)值飆高的情形。
●What is the muscle explosive force (SSC).
Muscle can be thought as a rubber band. You can operate some motion (blocks the left face to make let left hip and right knee both revolve around spinal axis) to lengthen it (latissimus stretch) and it will speedy shorten (powerfully shorten as the bone be dragged around belonging joint).
