●左腳底獲取最大的作用與反作用力,以提供腿腰力量來拉扯左背闊肌。
在下桿期擋住左臉頰之下,右膝與左髖繞轉體軸以獲得左腳底最大反作用力,進而拉扯左背闊肌(5)產生緊張性伸展¬後瞬間收縮的爆發力。不同肌肉用力的順序如圖(1)-(6)的標號所示。最大反用力的值越高則伸左膝(1)與區右膝(2)的肌肉力量反作用於地表越強,則伸左膝的腿肌力越強。伸膝的腿肌力強的則可支持左髖肌肉(3)的用力拉扯豎棘肌(4)與背闊肌(5)的快速轉動上身。我們要注意的是背闊肌是大塊的肌肉,因腳與腰的快速扭轉來拉扯它則可產生爆發力。擋左臉頰是下身轉而上身不轉的意思,這樣才能使中間的背闊肌被上緊發條(指被拉扯)。左臉頰的轉出時機是送桿期胸口對目標之後的動作而不在此間發生。
●Achieving the peak ground action/reaction force to support leg and hip muscle powerfully drag the left latissimus.
During the down swing to impact, blocking left face and speedy left twisting lower body to achieve the peak ground reaction force on left foot can drag the left latissimus (5) in tension stretch state and powerful shorten strength. A series of muscles firing time-sequence is shown in the figure as (1)-(6). Higher the value of the peak ground reaction force, stronger and speedier of the left keen extend muscle (1) shorten. This effectual leg motion can support left pelvic muscles (3) power to drag the erect spinae (4) and left latissimus(5) to lead upper torso rotate speedily. We emphasis on the big area muscle “latissimus” which be dragged by the lower limb and hip twist and make it with a “SSC” effect. To block the left face is to restrict upper shoulder not to rotate first but lower limbs so as the latissimus can be fastened (stretched). Time of face left rotating is after the chest along the target line but not the down swing, impact and mid-follow through stages.  

●肌肉伸展是儲備力量而收縮是超快速釋放力量。
圖示,作用與反作用期是讓背闊肌伸展(橡皮筋拉長),而它被視為儲備力量的象徵。經過最大值之後產生超快速的收縮)橡皮筋縮短)來使上軀幹轉動。由於右胸大肌是右手臂肌肉的連結系統肌群,所以必須晚於左背闊肌用力,否則就不是腳動作帶手臂下桿了。動作肌的順序過程是豎棘肌85%、左背闊肌的肌力是70-80%、右胸大肌50%、而肩與腕的肌力僅有8-10%。右胸大肌的肌力是用於右肘向內的肌力而可大可小且一定要在左背闊肌之後發力,來形成有效的鞭打效應或稱延遲下桿。
●Muscle stretch is to store the strength and shorten is to fast release the strength.
See the figure. Action/reaction stage is to stretch the back muscle (thought it as rubber band be lengthened) for storing the potential muscle power. Just after this potential value goes to the peak, it powerfully shorten (the rubber band fast and strongly shorten). Furtherly, the level of muscles firing volts and sequence are the erect spinae 85% , left latissimus 70-80%, right pectoral 50%, shoulder and wrist 8-10% MMT. The strength of right pectoral is to adduct the right elbow to the body central. Despite of the contraction value of right pectoral is some time over load, it cannot fire before the latissimus but later follow as the delaying arm pendulum whipping effect can be worked.
