(3)什麼是全身力量擊球?什麼是上半身力量擊球。
高爾夫揮桿是典型的閉鎖式動力鍊的旋轉運動,它的主要力量來自於腿腰的交互扭轉產生地表反作用力所生的肌肉力量。例如,你若在沙坑上進行全揮桿時就無法正常使用腿腰力。因此,正確的動作能使全身的力量(由下往上旋轉最後傳遞到桿頭)。
(3) The whole body muscles or the upper muscles strength for swing.
Golf swing is a typical “closed kinetic chain “rotation sports, which main force is from the exchange of feet and hips shift-twisting that can affect the muscles resist on ground and spring out muscles strength. For example, swingers are hardly weight transforming on sand bunker for the sand ground is soft than normal ground. The whole body muscles strength means the rotation body is from the lower to upper body that all sequential muscles` firing transmitted and summed to the club head speed. 
●左背闊肌範圍大而可背伸展收縮,右胸大肌則無法如此。
背闊肌有兩個頂點峰值,第一個是被左髖反時鐘轉動的拉扯而伸展的緊張使肌神經的放電值高起,第二個是伸展之後的瞬間收縮的肌神經放電峰值。胸大肌則無法有此運用。
●The latissimus area is big so as the SSC can be worked and detected but pectoral cannot.
There are two peak values occurring. The first peak is showing the tension stretch condition which dragged by the left hip pivot as the latissimus-neuron exciting (volts).And the second peak is the latissimus-neuron exciting then contracting (muscle shorten). Pectoral cannot be worked like that.

●全身的肌力由下往上串聯。
背闊肌是受腿與髖的扭轉而被拉扯,而右胸大肌與右臂是上身鞭打系統打。因此,左背闊肌的放電早於右胸大肌的放電,代表揮桿者的桿頭速度是被全身的肌肉力量所加總。此,可增加桿頭速度且上身肌群很放鬆(王建智2002-15)。
●Linking the whole body muscles strength from the lower to the upper.
Left latissimus be dragged by the lower body shifting and twisting, and the right pectoral with arm is the upper pendulum whip system. Hence, the left latissimus firing time has to prior to the right pectoral`s so as the all contribute series muscles strength be summed to the club head speed.  

●不要只用上身的肌肉力量擊球。
圖中顯示出,打到球之後才出現左腳地表的最大作用/反作用力,所以變成右胸大肌用力、打到球、左臂闊肌用力。亦即,背肌沒用而僅用上身肌群力量打球。
●Do not only using the upper muscles strength to hit ball.
