NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist  運動表現提升專家

在美國知名訓練機構EXOS 16-0072誠徵Performance Specialist中提及,希望求職者擁有NSCA-CSCS or NASM-PES or CES等證照,也就是說對於某些運動訓練機構來說,PES or CES與CSCS是有同等效力的。(本篇先針對NASM-PES做分析,CES會在之後的文章中與各位分享)

此課程的中心思想為OPT Model:

Phase 1: Stabilization Endurance Training

Phase 2: Strength Endurance Training

Phase 3: Hypertrophy Training

Phase 4: Maximal Strength Training

Phase 5: Power Training

Phase 6: Maximal Power training

從課程架構中可以發現Section 3佔了很大的比重,讀完這個部分後,可以幫助教練們瞭解如何將:

柔軟度、心肺、核心、平衡穩定、增強式、速度與敏捷、整合式阻力訓練與奧林匹克舉重動作,運用在不同時期(Phase)。只要充分掌握這個部分,在編排訓練課表和考試時就不會有太大的問題

 

什麼樣的教練可以優先考慮這張證照呢?

對於有長期進行週期性訓練的教練,應該是相對容易了解課程內的核心、課表設計以及動作。
另外,如果你的對象都是運動選手,或是有固定運動習慣而想要增進運動表現的人。此時,你要為客戶規劃一份完整的訓練週期,就挺適合選擇這張認證作為進修。

準備這張證照前可以做些什麼準備呢?

如果平時安排訓練動作時都是使用中文的教練,可以找一本有中、英文訓練動作的書籍來讀,這樣可以增加上課進度和課程上的理解
